ЦЕПЕЛИНЫ

С этим блюдом я знакома еще с Советского времени, где-то 80 -82 года. Готовила его несколько раз, но с фаршем второго варианта. Очень необычно, но вкусно.   С фаршем первого варианта ознакомилась впервые. Уж очень однообразное питание, поэтому вспомнила об этом рецепте.

	Ингредиенты картофель 1.5 кг печёнка 150 г яйцо 1 шт. мука 2 ст.л соль по вкусу   лук репчатый 1 шт. сало для шкварок   майонез или сметана

Едят только горячие! ПРИЯТНОГО АППЕТИТА!!!!

ВТОРОЙ ВАРИАНТ:

Для фарша взять перец. соль, свиное и говяжье мясо, жаренный лук.
